Google in China

Google is still insisting that "You can make money without doing evil," but when they had to make a choice, there was no contest. Telling comparison from RIP Ford (in comments at Discarded Lies):

The image of the man with the tank is displayed on page five of google(china) results.
The chinese search is the same as doing: "tiananmen site:.cn" on the american google site. Strangly "tiananmen site:.com" does not return any results on the chinese site. So it seems this is more the case of no websites in china using the image, rather than google filtering specific words. Google in china only searches chinese sites. I don't think thats all that evil, just rather limiting.
