Voter exclusion as an election tactic
58000 postal ballots go missing in a Democratic county in Florida.
Republicans and Democrats may both use mass challenges to skew voting in Ohio.
Mass challenges may disrupt voting in predominantly Democratic parts of Florida. "This process can be used to slow down the voting process and cause chaos on election day; and discourage voters from voting." Greg Palast's full report also includes evidence that a Democratic voter was duped into transferring her registration, meaning her vote would be either invalid or provisional.
