Iraq and terror

New Scientist: "An influential think tank has warned that an invasion of Iraq could worsen the terrorist threat, not reduce it. They fear it could disperse weapons stockpiles - and the scientists who can build and use them - into the murky world of global terrorism."  In all the debate over Iraq, this is the first time I've seen this brought up, and it's terrifyingly plausible.  This needs wider public debate, but nobody's talking about it.
